The Death Of Jesus

It was preordained that Jesus would suffer such a death and Jesus himself mentioned this many a time, especially before the day was to come. He became quiet and prayerful. He warned his disciples of the danger ahead and asked them to spend their time in prayer.

Politically the the land of Judea, the Romans , thought that Jesus was kindling a major political revolution to up throw the King.Religiously, all the Pharisees were jealous of the popularity of Jesus. They wanted to have nothing to do with him .Under the most flimsy accusation, Jesus was crucified after a flimsy trial. He did not defend Himself..Such was His acceptance of the Divine way..Negativity adds to our Karma. He taught us what was forbearance. And he took upon himself the bad karma of many . Bearing the cross, a famous coinage from the bible refers to patience, acceptance and forbearance.

Three days and nights after his death the body of Jesus was not found in his tomb. He had risen with his body and was seen going up into the heavens. His Consciousness continues to help all those who seek him and He does so unfailingly and will continue to do so till the end of time just as He promised, that He would be with all those who call on him, keep his word.
