The first, second and third bodies
The first body is the physical body. The most dense of all the nine bodies and resides in the third-dimensional frequency of the Earth plane. The physical body that transports the soul andall eight higher bodies. It is created out of the thoughts, feelings, words, and actions of the individual who governs it.

The second body is the emotional body. An intricate energy fields that
produces vibration frequencies that affect both the mental and physical bodies.

The third body is the mental body. The mental body and mind "chitta" are not the same. Real mind energy is the Creator's Force. It receives the thought processes of the Universal Mind. Activation of the pineal gland through the chakras, it processes the information through the gland to the brain. Communication comes in the form of symbols or geometry.

The third dimension is where the physical body is formed, is created. In the third and fourth dimensions, the "game of separation" is being played out. It is matter based and therefore is the dimension of illusion, which is supported by our beliefs, emotions and feelings.1st to 3rd dimensions, karma plays itself in these dimensions. The "game of separation" is karma.

The fourth dimension is what rules our emotions, our feelings, our beliefs, our attitudes.
The gateway to the higher dimensions. It is only when your beliefs, emotions, feelings, change that you move into a higher dimension. The fourth dimension rules the physical, emotions, and feelings, is what we need to bring into our control. Learning detachment and living in love and harmony.
