Vent your Anger

Anger is a deep fiery emotion intensely explosive and volatile. It is like a bomb, inflicting decimating damage, resulting in great pain and suffering in yourself and others. Anger can be a catharsis. Instead of storing that rage within, if used and expressed properly can have a great cleansing effect for your self and your deep relationships.

Our Inner child sets the alarm that it may be harmed and anger then is a protective mechanism. This validates 'You' and that you love the Inner child. Hearing it's cry of being trodden upon. Expressing anger clears the air, fears are vented out, and not stored into the deep unconscious. It prevents carrying into another incarnation the injustice afflicted upon us. Our Inner child is acting as it really is, honest, open and true.

What about the recipient of the anger? The ability to accept another person's mouthful, comes from childhood conditioning. If one had a childhood that allowed creative thinking, non judgmental parents with no expectations from their child, the anger would strengthen the relationship.

What if it was otherwise? What if you and your parents came from childhood traumas. With parents that were full of expectations and lived their lives through controlling you. What is it that you can do? Cradle you Inner child, love it, talk to it that it is not about you, the Self.

What is it that you really want? Not an apology, nor that you are sorry. You do not want to be a victim. Ask your Inner Child what would cleanse out the resentment and release the pain of it.  Sometimes, we want appreciation of being a good listener. Just to be able to speak from the heart. Validating the pain it causes to the listener can build trust between you and your partner.

Anger is a hot fiery emotion and we are frowned upon for using it. We are conditioned that angry people are bad. Anger is considered to be is demonic and path to godliness cannot have Anger. Suppressed anger damages your auric field. Anger creates emotional blocks creating great emotional, mental and physical pain.  We carry these blocks to future lifetimes until they are released. Such a powerful energy, acts as a toxin, poisoning the body as in the case of cancer and diabetes.  Anger if not released can accumulate in the organs, in the liver creating obesity. In the intestines it eats away at your emotional and material nourishment making the person too thin.

As a tool for protection, we are never taught how to express anger, healing and growth.
Ultimately, emotionally being balanced and living in the now with all our relationships..
