Essence of the Universe

Chi, is concerned with all human activities that have to do with energy, including feng shui or geomancy, occult arts, spiritual sciences, physiognomy and climatology. Chi Kung is particularly concerned with maintaining health, enhancing martial arts, training mental faculties, and realizing spiritual fulfillment. Chi is the very essence of the smallest subatomic particle, of man himself, and of the infinite universe. Many disciplines of mind training, studies of psi and alternative healing systems have elements in common with Chi Kung. The philosophy and methods used in Transcendental Meditation and Silva Mind Control are very similar to those of Chi Kung meditation. Telepathy, clairvoyance, psychokineses and out of body experiences are phenomena that occur in Chi meditation.Physiotherapy, chiropractic, reflexology, biofeedback, reiki, laying on of hands, faithhealing, rebirthing and channelling use techniques have similar tequiniqes .When one studies and practices Chi Kung or any of the other disciplines , one involves the very core of your being, but also the very Essence of the universe.

Relaxation the first step to Intuitive Wisdom

Matter and energy are actually two aspects of the same reality,
Before you can meditate effectively , you must relax. Relaxation, therefore, is the first step to intuitive wisdom.Even if you are not interested in intuitive wisdom, the ability to relax is in itself useful. By relaxation you will be able to prevent, or even begin to reduce, many of the health and other problems troubling you.Secondly, relaxation will enhance your efficiency, improving both your work and your play and even your sex life.Thirdly, relaxation is an essential in most Chi Kung exercises. These bring tremendous benefits,
if are performed in a relaxed manner.Relaxing is not difficult if you know how.

Stand with your feet fairly close together in a peaceful, quiet place.
Let your arms drop effortlessly at your sides.
Close your eyes and eliminate all thoughts.
Then follow the seven steps to relaxation.
Relax your head. Feel your face muscles and even your hair relax.
Relax your shoulders. Jerk them if you need to
Relax your chest and the front part of your body.
Feel how natural your breathing is.
Relax your back. Feel all the muscles loosen.
Relax your upper limbs right down to the finger tips.
Wriggle your fingers if you wish.
Relax your lower limbs right down to your toes.
Feel all your tension running out of the soles of your feet,
After you have relaxed your whole body, relax mentally.
Feel that you do not have a care in the world, nor a thought in your mind.

These seven steps take only about two minutes to perform. Take your own time going through them. After you have relaxed physically and mentally, remain in this joyous, tranquil state of Standing Meditation for about five minutes, or for as long as you feel comfortable.Do not continue for too long, or you
may fall asleep!
