Every
thought has a form, and every sound creates a ripple that is called
a thought. Similarly, any action performed in the external world is
virtually a thought created by your sound. We are nothing but forms
created by the universal sound.
In the process of the creation of sound, a visual form follows, as
every sound has a form.
With
light there is no sound. Light does not lead you
to the Silence. Sound leads you to the Silence.
Even
though light travels faster than sound, great sages preferred sounds
and not light as the first choice for concentration. Artificial
lights and images create barriers, they do not allow you to see
the
Real Light.
Life is covered with glittering lights of illusion. It's dazzling,
blindening , so powerful that the Truth
cannot be seen. Find ways to remove these
lights, free yourself from artificial lights. Create a darkness
for yourself, then and only then can Real
Light be seen.
The
same holds true with sounds. To hear the real sounds, the
original sound, the mother sound, protect yourself from the
external sounds, otherwise the mind cannot hear them. Your brain
sings; your breath is constantly singing;
there is a music in your breath and brain. But alas! nothing is
heard, because the external sounds are keeping your mind distracted
and you cannot hear the real sound. The method must be learnt to
of isolating your mind so that the original sound can be heard.
Anahata
nada means "unstruck sound,"
beautiful music and if heard all other music will be forgotton.
This requires discipline. Unfortuneately, all human beings rebel
with the word the word "discipline". Discipline is just
regulating and directing your energy in the right direction, this
is not punishment.
There
are two types of sounds: sound created in the external world, and
sound created silently in the mind. Only then, one goes to the silence,
you go to the powerful atomic part of sound.
Volume or size has nothing to do with power. The
atomic source of sound lies in silence. True silence means
that gradually cutting off the mind from the
senses, to not allow the senses to hear any external sounds.
The mind stores all impressions, and it is this sound that it hears.
