Dreaming and Remembering

|
At different times in our life, different past lives and their associate issues will become prevalent. Allowing our inner guides during sleep to assist, can help open many doors. Remembering our dreams is like any other discipline one follows. A pattern will emerge once one starts recording or writing down our dreams. Concentrating on the area of life that needs assistance and focus before one sleeps will also assist you in opening up .

Creating deprivation is out of a sense of guilt.
Often one feels the good things of life must not be enjoyed. This has no relationship to the present circumstances. We may just be living our life in the best way we can and there may not be any conscious guilt. However there is a nagging feeling that, we do not deserve the things we want or to abstain from an indulgence, leading to a constant poverty consciousness. A feeling of lack of abundunce. This prevents one in manifesting abundance. Our feeling of unworthiness stems from the past. Going back into the past and finding the source would free one from lack and deprivation. Analyzing our dreams, seeing the similarities of the current life and past life. Are there people who seem familiar or similar in the present ? Are habits, patterns, and phobias appearing in your life? Feel your emotions, make note of the decisions, judgments that you have made. Make a list of all the objects and themes that appear in your dreams. The different aspects that you have dreamed of. They can signify events out your past lives. If the dream is traumatic and to resolve the issue go back to it immediately. Relive the dream, feel it fully, then detach from it or consciously change the outcome. Our body reacts in sleep as if we are reliving it. Suppose you are running from something you fear in your dream, your breathing and heart rate changes as if you are actually running. Our brain experiences it, as if the dream sequence is real. If the images are recreated giving it a positive outcome, one can alter limiting beliefs. |
