Joint Mudra

Left
hand: Thumb and middle finger together.

Right
hand:
Thumb and ring finger together.

Do
as needed, or four times a day for 15 minutes. In case of illness, the
mudra should be done six
times a day for 30 minutes. This mudra balances energy in your joints.
It is good with it when
knees are sore after a hike, walking down mountains, or when working too
long
at the computer and having an unpleasant feeling in the elbows.
