Life does not work to prescription.When life does not function as to our best laid plans we feel sick to the stomach, unhappy and confused. Are the right decisions made or not? In fact, the worst time is to make important decisions when agitated and secretive. Secrecy places extra pressure on the mind, and the waves of agitation this provokes are difficult to handle.This inner conflict ends close relationships. This unhappiness and crying a lot, often unsure what one is crying about. Trying to hide, feeling guilty about our secretive feelings, people cannot fathom what the matter is with you. It is important to share with those whose voices we value seeking the counsel of others.
Mistakenly
we believe that we can handle everything by ourselves. We can't, ending
up finding ourselves grasping streams of thoughts, feeling distressed
at the way our mind goes off at all sorts of tangents. Situations become
manageable through a balanced perspective. |

The mind has a remarkable power to adjust to the unexpected if given the opportunity. A mishap is not the end of the world, it can be the beginning. Thus transforming into love and gratitude later. Instead of experiencing inner turmoil, developing a wise relationship to any new situation that comes into life. There is an unfathomable force in life that defies understanding. This unknown moves our life around without ever having direct access to it. In many ways, how little control we have over our life of the way life unfolds. Life could not be any other way. Every time the unexpected occurs, a reminder of the daily influence of the unknown. This unfathomable element knows neither birth nor death, nor ever changes its essential, all-influencing nature. The "Now" knows not what the "Future" brings.
