Understanding "Ideas" and converting into ideals will depend
on humanity's understanding and progress. Conversely Humanity could also
retard for lack of understanding, as it has over the millenia.
The rays influence is for the
present situation and the future when the Aquarian Age is really established
and the Piscean influences are no longer dominant.
Development is inevitable. Certain
energies are becoming increasingly active whilst others are steadily becoming
quiet and inactive. The complex play of these energies are threefold.
There are five dominant ray energies which are active at any time .
Those energies which are passing out of manifestation, is the sixth Ray
of Devotion at this time.
Energies which are coming into manifestation, is the seventh Ray of Ceremonial
Order.Those energies which are at any given time expressing the ray type
of the majority of humanity.
These ray types are the The Second ray: The energy
of Love and Wisdom.
The Third Ray: The energy of Active Intelligence.
The First Ray: The energy of Will, Purpose or Power
The Powerful Force of the First ray
In
these confusing and difficult times there those energies which are being
invoked as the result of human need for succor. This demand is in the
realm of the first ray influence for the desperate need of humanity. This
is for the first time in the human history being invoked on a large scale.
The
First ray of will and power is invoked for the "Divine
Will for the highest good" and remains unchangeable and immutable.
The
first Ray of Will and Power in world affairs is for the "highest
good" of the world.
Over the years there a regular and rhythmic progression toward unity in
human affairs.
This unity is "the Plan of consciousness". These changes are
but
indeed slow and the progress is in isolated pockets.
By
and large man uses force and this is the destructive element in world
affairs. This is seldom for the Highest Good of humanity. It leads to
assertive violence of the individual or the nation and consequently to
war with its negative connotations of separation, selfish diplomacy, hate
and armaments, disease and death.
